Company Reviews

This page displays a list of reviews/questions that users have left on the website about the company.

Users can leave reviews/questions on website pages in the Company Reviews block and on the reviews page itself. More details on how to add this block to a website page ➤ here.

The link to the page looks like manual.vitrager.com/reviews, which consists of:

manual.vitrager.com – the website address
/reviews – the website section

The page contains the following blocks:

Rating Block – displays the company’s rating from 1 to 5 based on reviews, and also shows the rating using stars (yellow and gray) from 1 to 5. Below the rating, the total number of reviews is displayed.
Please note! The rating may include a decimal value such as 4.5
Page Description – if the description field is filled in the section My Company – Company Reviews, it will be displayed in this block. If the description exceeds 5 lines, the rest of the text will be hidden. To view the full text, the user must click the Show More button.
Leave a Review / Ask a Question button – when clicked, it opens a modal window containing:
1. Comment Type – defines whether it is a review or a question. If it is a review, a required Rating field appears, allowing the user to set a rating from 1 to 5 using stars.
2. Your Name – a required field where the user enters their name.
3. Review – a required field. A text input area for the comment. It has a limit of 1,000 characters.
4. Your e-mail – a field for entering the user's email address.
5. Phone Number – a required field to enter a phone number.
6. Photo – allows users to upload images to accompany the review/question. Supported formats: jpeg, png, gif, bmp. Maximum number: 12 files.
Review Source – allows sorting reviews/questions by the source (website) where the review/question was submitted. More details about review sources ➤ here
List of Reviews/Questions has a hierarchical structure and includes:
- Name of the user/manager
- Rating showing what score the user left (if it is a review), displayed with yellow stars (from 1 to 5)
- Date when the entry was created
- Source icon – if the review comes from another website, an icon (image) of that site will be shown. Clicking it will redirect the user to the source website showing the review. If the review was created on your website, no icon will be shown.
- Reply button, which allows adding a question or response to the entry.
Pagination – if there are more than 10 reviews/questions, they will be split into pages with 10 entries per page. There are two navigation options:
1. Previous / Next buttons – navigate one page backward or forward.
2. Selecting the desired page number from the list to navigate directly.
