Administration of goods
This section is designed for viewing, configuring, and managing products on the website.
The page contains:
- Category - tabs with construction categories available on the site. When you click on a category, all products belonging to that category will appear.
- Left panel - the left part consists of:

- Search by Product ID
- The Update Prices button is used to recalculate product prices to the current date in order to keep them up to date and/or change the product’s regional assignment (relevant for regional pricing). Since products on the website are displayed in lists with the price from the last successful recalculation relative to the user’s region.
When you click the button, a modal window appears where:

If you specify a region – the products of the country to which the region belongs will be recalculated according to the prices for the specified region.

If you leave the field empty – the prices will be recalculated for all filtered products.
Please note! Only products that match the selected filters will be included in the recalculation. When calculating the product price (both on the site and in the admin panel), the system saves the date of the last successful calculation. With a large number of products, the update may need to be done in several stages (the system limits the number of simultaneous recalculations). Therefore, in the admin panel filters, you can select products that were calculated earlier – this way, you can send only uncalculated products for recalculation.

- Filter block – consists of the following filters:
- Price update date earlier than – allows you to select all products updated before the specified date.
To activate this filter, check the box next to "Filter by date". - Sorting – sorts products by one of the following parameters (default is "By popularity"):
- By novelty (latest product changes first)
- By popularity (by number of views)
- By ascending price
- By descending price
- By disabled view counter (products with a disabled counter appear first)
- Price – filter by price from–to.
The price can also be adjusted using two sliders by dragging them as needed. - Show only products without a price – when enabled, only products with no price will be displayed.
Please note! Products without a price are not indexed. - Filling method – products in the admin panel can be filled either manually or via SEO template.
This filter helps to quickly locate products by their filling method. - Country – region (country) where the product was created.
- Energy-saving class (Uw value, W/(m²*K)) – filter products by energy efficiency class.
- Configuration – filter by product configuration.
There are four configuration options:- Default
- Basic
- Optimal
- Premium
- Material
- Profile name
- Template (construction type)
- Width
- Height
- Opening type
- Exterior color/texture
- Interior color/texture
- Profile depth
- Price update date earlier than – allows you to select all products updated before the specified date.
- Search by Product ID
Please note! When a filter is active, you can delete all filtered products by clicking the Delete button located at the top of the block, next to the product count.
- Central panel - this block displays product cards, three per row.
Please note! When you hover over a product card, a list of configurations (if available) appears at the bottom.
Product card displays the following information:
- Product image – schematic representation of the construction with opening type.
- Energy efficiency class label – shows the energy class and coefficient.
When hovered, a tooltip appears with a class description. Configuration details are available ➤ here - Discount and configuration labels (shown if configured).
- Availability type – can be:
- In stock
- Out of stock
- Pre-order
- On order
- Review counter – shows the number of reviews. If there are no reviews, a Leave a review option appears.
- Product name – customizable through SEO product templates.
- List of main product characteristics - up to 5 displayed:
- Profile system
- Profile depth
- Sealing
- Glazing unit
- Burglary resistance
- Price
- View counter if the view counter is disabled, a crossed-out icon will be shown. The last recorded view count before disabling will still be displayed.
Product card
To edit/manage a product, click on the desired product card. After that, you will be redirected to the product page.
The product page is divided into three main sections:
- Overview
- Settings
- Q&A / User Reviews
View
The Overview tab visually replicates the product page from the website but includes additional functionality at the top. It contains the following elements:
- Link to the product page on the website
- Region where the product was created
- View counter – displays the number of views. By clicking the arrow icon next to the counter, you can:
- Deactivate the counter – future page views on the website will no longer be counted.
- Reset the counter – resets the counter to its initial value.
Please note! When the counter is reset, the value will not be 0, but 1. - Edit – allows manual input of the view count. This is useful for adjusting product display rankings on the homepage, site builder pages, or product listing pages.
When you click this option, a modal window appears where you can enter the desired number of views.Click Confirm to save the changes.
Settings
The Settings tab allows you to configure product information, SEO settings, promo banners, and promotions.
It consists of the following blocks:
Promo Banner
This block lets you add a photo/video banner that will appear after the product card on site builder pages (in the Products block) and product list pages
Please Note! The banner size will match the product card size.
Available settings:

- Activation/Deactivation toggle – enables or disables the banner.
- Banner type:
- Photo – can function as a link to another page or open a feedback form.
- Video – allows video playback directly on the page when clicked.
Please note! Video banners only support YouTube and TikTok links.
- Banner image block – used to
- Add an image.
- Select interaction type (link or feedback form, for photo banners).
- Enter a link and choose how it opens.
- Desktop version: 270×500 px
- Mobile version: 300×700 px
Please note! If no image is provided for a photo banner, a default grey crossed-out camera icon will be displayed.
Please note! If no image is provided for a video banner, a preview will be pulled automatically from the video.
Product promotion
To add a promotion to a product:

- Click the "Add promotion" button.
Please note! A promotion must first be created in the "Product Promotions" section before it can be added here. - In the modal window, select the desired promotion from the list.
- Click the "Add promotion" button.

- Once selected, a "Product Promotion" block will appear containing:
- Delete button – removes the promotion and deletes the block.
- Edit button – allows changing the promotion by selecting a different one from the list.
- Status
- Promotion name
- Validity period – displays start and end dates.
- Promotional price field – allows entering a custom price for this promotion. The promotional price cannot exceed the regular product price.
Please note! The promotional price saves automatically as soon as you exit the field.
- Once selected, a "Product Promotion" block will appear containing:
Goods Information
This block displays product information shown on the website. To edit, click "Edit", which will take you to the product information settings page.
Please note! Product information is generated automatically if data is filled in the collection settings. However, it can always be manually adjusted for each product if needed.

- Title short – used for the title of the product image visible to search engine bots and displayed under the product image on the options selection page
- Title– shown on product page, product list page (if the "Product Name" and "SEO Name" fields are empty) and breadcrumb navigation

- Availability – product stock status:
SEO Settings
This section is for configuring SEO parameters to ensure proper indexing by search engines.
To make changes, click "Edit", which opens the SEO settings page.
Settings include:
- Filling method toggle:
- Manual – all data must be entered manually.
- By template – data is automatically filled using a preconfigured SEO template.Templates must be set up in the SEO Template Settings for product pages section.
- Fill from template button – updates all SEO fields with data from the template.
- Fields to be filled:

- Goods Name (H1) – used as the main product title on the page and as the title attribute for the product image.
- Title – used in title and og:title tags.
- Description – used in description and og:description tags.
- Keywords – used in keywords tag.
- Allow page indexing toggle – when enabled, search engine bots are allowed to index the page for search results.
- Image for social media and messenger preview – adds an image displayed when the product link is shared in messengers or social networks.
Q&A / User reviews
Tab Q&A / User Reviews – this page displays reviews/questions left for the selected product, as well as tools to manage them. The page includes:
- "Go to Unpublished" button – scrolls to the latest new review/question that has no response. If you have many reviews/questions, this button allows you to quickly navigate to the ones that haven’t received a company response yet.
- Review/Question block includes:
- Customer name
- "i" icon – clicking it opens a modal window with detailed information about the user, namely:
- Name
- Email (if provided)
- Phone (if provided)
Please note! The user can provide either an email or a phone number when submitting a review/question; it’s not required to provide both.
- Like/Dislike icons with counters
- Creation date
- Three-dot button (located at the far right of the block) – opens a context menu with the following options:
- Publish – marks the entry as read
- Change date – allows changing the creation date of the entry.
The date can be any, except a future date. - Reply – opens a modal window where you can write a response to the entry and specify the name of the employee replying.
- Delete – removes the entry from the system.
Please note! When a user leaves a review/question, it automatically appears on the website, with no option for pre-moderation.
Product generation
To create product cards, there is a Product Generation mechanism.
To generate a product for a specific construction, you need to:
- Open the product card
- Go to the Product Generation section
- Specify generation criteria:
- Width (numeric value specified in millimeters):
- Minimum
- Maximum
- Step
- Height (numeric value specified in millimeters):
- Minimum
- Maximum
- Step
- Collections - select the required collections from the list or choose all available by clicking All. By default, all available collections are selected.
Please note! The list of available collections is taken from those selected in the website's Online Sales Settings (detailed guide on online sales settings)
Please note! When selecting collections, next to each one in parentheses, the manufacturer name is displayed (if it's a manufacturer collection) or "My collection" (if it's your custom collection). - Languages - if your website has multiple language versions, you can select which languages the products will be generated for.
- Region - in this field, you can specify the region (city) for which the products will be generated.
Please note! When entering a city, the system will generate products for the entire country, not just for that city. Therefore, it is sufficient to specify one city from the country for which the product generation is being done.
Please note! You can specify no more than 20 regions for a single generation process.
- Width (numeric value specified in millimeters):
- Click the Generate button. Upon successful generation, a message will appear indicating the number of products generated.
Please note! Product generation is not instantaneous, so products may appear after some time (usually no more than 15-20 minutes, depending on the number of products).
Product Generation Algorithm
During product generation, in addition to the specified parameters - dimensions, language, region, the following are also used:
- Colors - in addition to the base color, other popular colors, if configured in the collection
- Configurations (Basic, Optimal, Premium) - if enabled
