Registration

The user registers in the system using their email. The purpose of registration is to identify and provide personalized access to the Vitrager website.

To become a user of the Vitrager.com marketplace, please click "Registration" on the homepage at https://vitrager.com.

Account Registration

Please fill in the fields "Name" and "Email", then click "Register".

Then, you need to create a company profile. To create a company profile, you need to fill in the following fields:

  • Company Name
  • Contact Person's Name
  • Phone Number
  • Country of Registration
  • Company Language (Please note that you cannot change the company language after selection. If you do not see your company's language in the list, please contact us.)
  • Promo Code (if you have a promo code, you can use it)
  • Choose the field of activity.
  • Click "Create".
 

A dealer, often referred to as a "distributor", is an intermediary or supplier who purchases goods or services from a manufacturer and resells them to consumers or other intermediaries.

A manufacturer is a company or individual that produces goods or provides services.

My profile is that place where we store important data about your organization. Here you can find information such as your first name, last name, phone number, email, password, shipping and billing address, as well as your order information. Please make sure that this information is always up to date in order to provide the best possible service.

Password change

To change your password, go to the "My Profile" section in the contextual menu. In the "Login Details" field, you need to enter your old password, then enter the new one, and finally click "Save".

If this is your first login and you want to change your password, you can find the initial password in the personal messages of your email. Additionally, if you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the "Forgot Password" option.

Selecting language of the interface

To change the language of the interface, you can use the "Language" option at the bottom of the context menu.
