API integrations
Each company receives a unique individual token in its account — essentially, a key for exchanging data between third-party software and the Vitrager system via the Vitrager API.
What is an API?
In simple terms, an API (Application Programming Interface) is like a window or translator that allows one software application to communicate with another — without needing to know how the other is built inside. The token is a secret access key that authorizes your software to interact with our API.
Data exchange using the token is strictly limited to your company account.
This means the token can only be used to send or receive data related to your specific company — such as order details, payments, product information, etc.
It cannot be used to access or transmit data from any other company in the system.
Stripe
Stripe is one of the world’s leading international payment systems.
Simply put, it’s an online checkout tool that helps companies accept payments from bank cards and other payment methods directly on their websites. It works quietly in the background — like a “brain” that moves money from the buyer to the seller.
It’s like a payment terminal in a store, but for the internet.
What Stripe integration means for a Vitrager user:
- Accept online payments — via Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more
- Secure — Stripe handles all card data securely; you don’t need to store anything yourself
- Easy to connect — Vitrager already supports Stripe; you just need to enter your account details
- Fast payouts — funds are usually transferred to your company’s bank account within 1–3 days
- Sell internationally — Stripe supports many countries and currencies, enabling cross-border sales

Stripe is like a reliable cashier that Vitrager trusts to collect money from your customers. Thanks to the integration, everything works automatically — the customer pays on your website, and you receive the funds directly in your bank account.
Odoo CRM
What is integration with Odoo CRM, and why is it important?
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a system that helps a company store and manage all client-related information — orders, calls, meetings, emails — all in one place. Think of it as a smart planner and reminder system for working with clients, but much more powerful.
Odoo CRM is one of the world’s leading CRM platforms: flexible, modern, customizable, and multilingual.
What does Odoo integration bring to Vitrager users?
- All data from Vitrager is automatically saved in Odoo — no need to manually copy anything
- You can manage clients, orders, payments, and deliveries in one unified system
- Full control over your data — customer records, communication history, and documents are stored on your own server, not on Vitrager’s
- Vitrager has no access to your customer data, which is crucial for security, privacy, and GDPR compliance

WH Okna
What is integration with WH Okna?
WH Okna is a powerful production software developed by Winkhaus, one of Europe’s most well-known hardware brands. In Poland — the largest window exporter in Europe — WH Okna is considered the de facto standard among manufacturers.
To support this integration, we’ve developed a universal order export file that allows seamless data transfer from Vitrager into WH Okna or any other production software.
What does this integration offer?
- АAutomatic transfer of orders from Vitrager to WH Okna — no manual data entry, no errors, no wasted time
- Production-ready specifications are generated based on the customer’s selection in the online configurator
- Instant connection between sales and production — faster processing, fewer mistakes
- Option to configure online pricing directly in WH Okna — no need to create and upload price lists to Vitrager
- Possibility of real-time confirmation of technical feasibility and production lead times for specific orders via WH Okna
For other countries and systems:
Even if you don’t use WH Okna, the universal order export file from Vitrager can be used to set up integration with any production software or ERP system used in your country.
Telegram
What is Telegram integration and why is it useful?
We’ve implemented integration with Telegram — a free, easy-to-use messaging app that lets you receive instant notifications about new inquiries, orders, or other important events in Vitrager.
Why Telegram?
Even if you’ve never used Telegram before (or prefer WhatsApp), it’s worth considering:
