Clients/partners
The Clients/Partners section is responsible for creating clients and partners (if you are a manufacturer), displaying information about manufacturers (if you are a dealer), and displaying registered users of your website who can be made sub-dealers with corresponding discounts. The section consists of 4 pages (the number of pages may vary depending on the role - dealer or manufacturer):

Clients
On the Clients page, you can create/edit your clients to add them to orders. To add a client, you need to:

Click the Add Client button

On the add client page, fill in the following fields:

Select the client's gender

Enter the First Name (required field)

Last Name
-
Company Name (if any)
-
Locality / City (required field)
-
Street and house number (required for delivery). You can also add an additional address by clicking the Add address information button

Postal Code
-
Phone Number
-
Email
-
Please note! One of the fields (phone number or email) must be filled in.

If the order recipient is a different person, you can enter their details by clicking the Deliver to another address toggle, after which additional input fields will appear.

If you need to create a partner – click the Create a partner on Vitrager.com toggle, and the fields for entering partner data will appear.

There are 2 types of discounts available for clients:

Regional – if you have a rule for a specific region (city or district), the discount will be applied automatically when entering the locality.

Personal – for each client (or group of clients), you can add and assign a personal discount.

Please note! The regional discount is applied automatically and cannot be selected manually. Personal discounts can be selected from the created options.
- After filling in the data, click the Save button. A record of the created client will appear, displaying:

Full name / Company name

Region (city and country)

Phone / Email

Please note! There is a search field for quick search through clients/partners where you can search by name / company / phone / email.
Please note! If you need to sort clients by country, you can use the Countries filter by selecting the desired country from the list.
Partners
Partners can be created by a manufacturer or a dealer who has created their own collections. To add a partner to the system, you need to:
- Click the Add Client button
- Fill in the required fields
- Then click the Create a partner on Vitrager.com toggle
- Fill in the following fields:
- Company name in Latin letters
- Country
- Company language
Please note! All fields are required.
- After filling in the fields, click the Create Partner button
Please note! When a partner is created, two emails will be sent to the specified email address - the first email will inform that distributor discounts have been granted, the second email will contain the login and password for the partner (dealer) account
- After that, on the Partners page, a record will appear displaying:
- Company Name / Contact Person
- Status
- Phone / Email
- Country of Registration
- If you click on the partner's card, it will open and display:
- Logo (if the partner has added one)
- Status
- Company Name
- Region
- Contact Person
- Phone
- Delivery warehouse
- List of partner websites and their statuses
- Discounts/Markups (You can select a rule if it was added in the Special Discounts/Markups section)
- Deactivate button – to stop providing products to the partner
Suppliers
The Manufacturers page is available only to dealers who have been granted collections by a manufacturer.
The page displays the following information:

By clicking on a manufacturer, a detailed card opens displaying:

Media content and collection descriptions synchronization block
Please note! If you have added photos/videos and/or descriptions to the manufacturer’s collections, they will be overwritten by the manufacturer’s data during synchronization.

Cancel Invitation button – to terminate cooperation with the manufacturer
Website users
On the Site Users page, you can view users who have registered on all your websites (or on a single site, if you have only one).
This section allows you to create sub-dealers to operate on your website.
The table displays:

Username (can be full name or just first name, depending on how the user filled in the data during registration and in their personal account)

Website – where the user registered, along with the registration date

Region
-
Phone number, email

Client
Please note! If some data is missing, the corresponding field will be empty.
By clicking the three dots on the user card, quick actions will appear:

View Orders – opens the "Company Orders" section in a new window with an active user filter

If the user has no client assigned, the option Add Client will appear; if already assigned, it will be Edit Client

Delete User – this will remove the user's account from the site
Users can be filtered by the following criteria:

Without clients
-
Users with a personal discount
-
By registration date range
-
By website affiliation
To link a site user to a client, create a client based on a site user, or create a sub-dealer, you need to open the user card.
To open the user card – click on the user tile, and the User Profile page will open, where you will find:
- View Orders button - opens the "Company Orders" section in a new window with an active user filter.
- Client block - here you can:

Add Client – creates a client in the system, to which orders and mutual settlements will be linked.

Edit Client (if already created) – click on the client block to open the editing page. If a client is assigned, the following information will be displayed:

Client Name
-
Discount Type (Personal / Regional)
-
Discount Name – the name of the personal discount/markup rule (from the Pricing section)
-
Maximum Additional E-Commerce Discount – the maximum discount percentage a sub-dealer can offer to clients when placing orders through the website

Allow Additional Cart Discount (Enabled/Disabled) – shows whether the sub-dealer enabled the "Provide additional discount in cart" option in their account

Please note! The maximum additional e-commerce discount is configured in the discount/markup rules under the Pricing section.
- Personal Information block - displays the data the user provided during registration, including:

Please note! If the user has not filled in certain fields, " - " will be displayed instead.
- Shipping Address block (shown if data is available) - displays the client’s shipping addresses (there may be several), in the following format:
